Who You Are Dealing With
Digital Anchor is run by Mariano Anchorena from Weston, Florida. Before there was an agency there was a service business: LuxeWash, a mobile car detailing and ceramic coating company in Broward County that Mariano has owned and operated for years, after more than a decade in the trade. It still runs today, with its own crew, its own van and its own Google Ads account.
That is the whole origin story. Every method this agency sells — city-by-city Google Ads, service pages plus city pages for local SEO, a Google Business Profile worked weekly, call tracking, the website built around the moment someone searches and calls — was built first for LuxeWash because the detailing business needed customers and nobody we hired could explain where the leads came from. When it worked, other service business owners asked for the same thing. Digital Anchor is the answer to that question.
What That Changes For You
Three things, concretely.
We test on our own money first. A new campaign structure, a new page type, a new tracking setup runs on LuxeWash before it goes anywhere near a client account. The LuxeWash case study is the only agency case study we know of in South Florida that publishes raw account exports, including the five cities we shut off because they produced nothing. We can do that because it is our company and nobody has to authorize it.
We know what a slow Tuesday feels like. Most agencies have never run a business where the phone has to ring that week. We have. It shapes what we prioritize: the local pack for the cities you actually serve, a landing page that produces a call rather than a visit, and a number you can trust for what a booked job costs you to acquire. Everything else is in service of those three.
You deal with the person doing the work. There is no account manager, no junior who learned your business from a brief. Mariano runs every account. That caps how many clients the agency can take, and we would rather keep the cap than add a layer.
